Mr123.com is an auction site, where the price of the product on sale is raised only by one pence at a time. All auctions start at 0 pence. If no one else raises the price of the product within the given time ( for eg. 2 minutes) on the auction clock which is visible next to the product, you win the auction and can buy the product for the price you offered. In other words, for a bargain! The bidding costs 1-3 bids depending on which category the product is put in to.
Example:
Mr123 is selling a Plasma-TV and the bidding clock is set to one minute.
1. Mary offers one penny for the Plasma-TV
2. John offers 2 pence for the Plasma-TV before one minute has lapsed since Mary’s bid.
3. Mary decides to offer 3 pence for the Plasma-TV before one minute has lapsed since John’s bid.
4. One minute passes after Mary’s bid and no one else raises the offer. Mary therefore gets to buy the Plasma-TV for 3 pence and wins the auction!
The auctions have different opening hours, but most of them are paused during the nights. You can still bid on the auctions during the nights but the clock will not be ticking down until the auction opens again. There are also 24h auctions which are open 24 hours around the clock.
Remember, the time shown is illustrative. There can be changes in the positions during the last seconds, our server has to synchronize it´s time with all the computers that are participating in the auction.
An auction doesn´t have any specific time when it ends, the product gets sold when no one bids after you and the given auction time has counted down to zero.
Mr123.com follows EU law and is 100% safe and secure. Mr123.com works closely with the most recognized and trusted banks, payment providers and product suppliers. Mr123.com does not save your credit card details.
1. Register an account
In order to be able to participate in our auctions, you have to register a user account. Registering is fast, easy and free! On top of this, you will receive some free bids as a registration gift from us!

2. Buy a bid package
To participate in the auctions you need bids in your account. Buying bids is easy and can be done through a number of ways, for eg. by credit card or several E-Wallets such as Pay Pal.
3. Choose a product and raise the price by one penny
Participating in the auctions is easy – just click the “Bid on this product” button to raise the price of the product by one pence. The bidding clock will then show the other participants how long they have to raise your offer.
You can also choose to use the help of the Mr123 Bid Buddy, who will make the raise even though you are not sitting by your computer. Learn more about the Bid Buddy further down.
4. Wait for the bidding clock to close and buy the product for the sum you offered!
Congratulations! If no one else raises the price of the product before the bidding clock closes (for eg. In one minute) you can buy the product for the price you offered – in other words for a real bargain!
When clicking the Bid Watch button at a certain product you will receive an e-mail when the auction is starting.
Use your Bid Buddy to be sure you don’t miss to put a bid into an auction before it’s closed. If you don’t have time to wait and click for every bid you want put to be the last bidder or if you have too many auctions you are bidding at the same time, let your Bid Buddy do the work!
Just click on the black Plus-sign below an auction until the number of bids you want to put into that auction is shown, and you can be sure your Bid Buddy puts the bids when there is a couple of seconds left on the countdown.
If more than one user are using their Bid Buddies, for example: 3 users are using Bid Buddies, then a bid is put every third time from you.
When the last 10 bids have come from only two unique users, the Bid Battle alert will start!
You will notice this by a pop-up at the right side of the web site saying which auction it is, and the auction will starts to blink in red. Take your chance and fight with only a few competitor for the auction before it’s sold!
When the 10 latest bids are not from only two unique users, the Bid Battle alert will stop.
Cashback is a bonus feature, which allows the person who came second or third in the auction to get some of the bids they used in the auction back. On the product page of each auction, the Cashback amount can be seen. Cashback 1 is given to the person who came second in the auction and Cashback 2 to the person who placed third. The Cashback can however be at maximum the amount of bids, which the person placed at the auction.
Example:
The auction of a scooter:
Cashback 1: 50 bids
Cashback 2: 25 bids
Remember, if you bid for eg. on a Luxury product 10 times it costs you 30 bids. If the maximum Cashback is 10 bids, you will receive 10 bids, not 30.
You have to register a user account in order to be able to benefit from the Cashback feature.
If you win an auction you will receive an email including the invoice. The invoice consist of the price that the auction ended with and delivery costs. You can pay the invoice through your profile at Mr123.com.
The delivery time is between 1-5 weeks. Products can only be delivered to the country of residence.
When the product is shipped you will receive a confirmation email about the delivery whit a tracking code.
Gift vouchers are sent by email and the delivery costs are approximately £2.
All sold products have the full product supplier warranty and also comply with local consumer protection regulations.
If there is something wrong with your product when you receive it, you must contact our customer service within reasonable time and we will fix it.
Mr123 has been built to work on all computers and internet browsers. However, from time to time some browsers might show parts of our page incorrectly and raise questions.
This is why we recommend you use the latest Firefox internet browser, which can be downloaded for free from the address http://www.firefox.com
If for some reason you are an avid fan of Internet Explorer we recommend you update to the latest version at http://www.microsoft.com/ie
You can easily change your password or information in your profile just by clicking “change your details”. From your profile page you can edit or follow a lot of different things, including:
• Latest bids
• Latest bid packet purchases
• Won products
• Product invoices
• Cashbacks
If you need to change other details, please contact customer support. If you don't receive for example a new password via e-mail, you can get a new one by contacting our support team.
If you want to delete your account, please contact customer service and they will delete it for you. Remember to include your username in the e-mail / form.
