Cent auctions work as normal auctions with a few exceptions. This is how it works: When the auction is closed, the highest bidder gets to buy the products for the offered price. The auction closes when no one has raised the price within the auction time period (1) which normally is 1 or 2 minutes. The difference compared to normal auctions is that you can only raise the price with 1 cent at the time (2). That's why the prices at our auctions are so low!

If you already have an account at Mr123 you just login on the site (1). If you are new on the site you just create an account by clicking register an account (2). - Buy bids
When you register at Mr123 you get 10 bids, but to make sure you win the product you want, a good start is to buy a bid package (3). You can chose between several different payment methods. The larger bid package you buy the bigger discount you get. - Choose which auctions you want to place your bids in

You raise the price by placing a bid at the auction (5). Then it's just to wait and see if someone is raising the price within the countdown time (6). If not, you get to buy the product for the price you have offered!
Learn to play auctions
Take a look at all our auctions and see which ones you are interested of. Then it is just to start to bid (1) and wait and see if someone bids higher than you before the time limit expires (2)! We recommend you to use your bid automate (3) to make sure you bid even if you are not at the computer. You can set the bid automate at any bid amount as you like by clicking plus or minus.

What is a Bid Watch?
When clicking the Bid Watch button at a certain product you will receive an e-mail when the auction is starting.
What is a Bid Buddy?
Use your Bid Buddy to be sure you dont miss to put a bid into an auction before its closed. If you dont have time to wait and click for every bid you want put to be the last bidder or if you have too many auctions you are bidding at the same time, let your Bid Buddy do the work! Just click on the black Plus-sign below an auction until the number of bids you want to put into that auction is shown, and you can be sure your Bid Buddy puts the bids when there is a couple of seconds left on the countdown.
If more than one user are using their Bid Buddies, for example: 3 users are using Bid Buddies, then a bid is put every third time from you.What is a Bid Battle?
When the last 10 bids have come from only two unique users, the Bid Battle alert will start! You will notice this by a pop-up at the right side of the web site saying which auction it is, and the auction will starts to blink in red. Take your chance and fight with only a few competitor for the auction before it's sold! When the 10 latest bids are not from only two unique users, the Bid Battle alert will stop.
What happens after I have won an auction?
If you win an auction you will receive an email including the invoice. The invoice consist of the price that the auction ended with and delivery costs. You can pay the invoice through your profile at Mr123.com. The delivery time is between 1-5 weeks. Products can only be delivered to the country of residence. When the product is shipped you will receive a confirmation email about the delivery whit a tracking code. Gift vouchers are sent by email and the delivery costs are approximately £2.

All sold products have the full product supplier warranty and also comply with local consumer protection regulations.
What do I do if there is something wrong with my product?
If there is something wrong with your product when you receive it, you must contact our customer service within reasonable time and we will fix it.
